Im going to start with the concept of Frank because I know that this will take me the longest. Then when I'm done with him I will do some concept sketches of my scene.
Today I have created a little photofit of what I think frank should look like.

You should find the passage in the book that describes him or several passages and quote them so we can actually get a feel for how he is written and then we can see if your interpretation fits.
